What are these tiny, flat, red spots on my skin?

I have 3 very little red dots on my right hand (one on the back next to a normal, brown birthmark; one on the side next to my pinkie; and one on the palm side of my pointer finger). They're all flat, bright red and I've had them as long as I can remember. I'm pretty positive they're benign birth-marks, but I was wondering what they'd be called?
