Does a child have to look like the father in order to be theirs?

I have a 4 month old. I am darkskinned and her father is lightskinned. She has her fathers complextion, a birthmark hole in their ears and has many of his tendancies already (sweat like crazy etc.) She just doesnt look like him or me. Ppl say she looks like my mother but idk. He thinks she is not his because he thinks I cheated on him ( which I NEVER did) and he thinks she doesnt look like him. He wanted a at home dna test n now we are waiting for the results. We sent it off friday so it should be here soon His other daughter is 3yrs old n looks just like him. I wanna kno does a child have to look like you in order for them to be yours especially at 4 months? N how come mines doesnt look like him? Plz no mean comments because i really dont know n wanna be sure.
