Question for anyone who has worked on a luxury yacht.?

The other day my friend was telling me about one of her friends that works on a luxury yacht. She said you travel the world and it's a great experience with excellent pay. The work is hard, but I'm used to that. Can anyone tell me what qualifications I would need, what type of jobs are available and the odds of finding a job. Also any other relevant information you can give me.
