I'm looking for a certain recipe for cooking a turkey..?

About two years ago, I found a recipe online for cooking a turkey. I believe I used like a gallon of er, rosemary, and another spice. I pulled everything out lifted the skin and placed it all under skin. It was the best turkey I ever made. Also, I cooked it for hours at a very low temperature. (Yes, I am aware of the risks of cooking a turkey at low altitude.) Can you help me find it? I would prefer the link to the website, but copy and paste would be fine as well. I am not wanting to try new recipes. I just want to find the one for the turkey I made two years ago! Thank you!
