In the united states, any establishment that serve's any food item to the general public is require to have a food service license, and be inspected by whatever agency in your given area that inspects food service establishments (health department, dpe of enviormental services ect.). If this is place you work at does not display any form of business license or certification on the wall in public, then it is operating illegally. You have to report this to your school, and whatever govement agency (City, County, or State) that does these inspections immediately. There are severe health risks ociated with what you described.
