Lasik surgery patients...........did you have the red spots on the white part of your eyes?

I had Lasik last Friday and they said the red spots on the eyes will disappear in about 2 weeks, this is where the suction was applied to the eye to hold it in place. Has anyone else had this and did it take a couple weeks? Just curious, outside of that I LOVE IT I seen 20/20 the very next day after wearing contacts/gles 22 years. WOW Factor.......
