How can I cook Tilapia fillet when I only have a stove? I'm on a particular diet...?

and in the diet it just says 'grilled tilapia' for entree. In this diet you are not allowed to bread anything or use er. We are allowed: Fresh or dried basil, bay leaf, cinnamon, curry, dill, ginger, lemon, lime, majoram, mint, oregano, paprika, pepper, rosemary, sage, tarragon, or thyme, aged balsamic vinegar. I'm sure a little olive oil would be acceptable aswell. How could I prepare a fillet for myself using only items from this list and an oven?
