What is wrong with me? please i need your help?

i do not do drugs or drink. but the other day i had this uneasy eerie feeling that didn't make sense. i looked at my name and had this crazy thought that i didnt know it was my name. i have never had this kinda feeling or thought before. but strange things like that have been happening and it's starting to scare me. i can't think specifically what else but that is the main thing that had me freaking out. So do you think i have a mental disorder?
