My computer beeps about 10 times every 10 minutes or so I have Pheonix Award bios 6.0 and have no idea?

I have a intel core 2 quad and I think it might be a problem with being overheated but I am not sure, I don't know if the beeps coincide with a specific code, from the bios or what =/ I also have vista installed and 2 pny gforce 8800 vgcs, and an nvidia xfx mobo 680 sli
