Does any one know where i can find this video of a guy dressed up like a dinosaur?

I've seen tags and other little pieces of the video. though im not sure if it is a video. Any ways all ive seen is this young guy or teen dressed up in a green dinosaur costume then he runs out at the janitor. while hes runnign out he has his arms scrunched to his shoulders and he kinda jumpy runs. its really funny! so can you tell me where it is?
