Are those colorful nikes for guys only?

its really hard to pull them off but yeah iknow girls in my cl that wear really colorful nikes and they tone down their outfits so its not over the top. some really nice nikes are the tan and white ones and the tan part is texturized. they are cute, and you can wear them with anything & they have the same shape as coloful nikes but they arent over the top
