Are the gays that have 30+ partners another silly stereotype?

Something I hear a lot about gay men is that they always sleep around like dirty s. I'm a gay guy, but I wouldn't just sleep with some random nobody that I dont know for . That seems dirty lol. But, the stereotype is that gay men love to have and the average amount of partners is about 25-30. Of course, stereotypes are an exaggeration, but I was wondering from other gay people, what is the real truth? I guess I feel like the only gay guy who isn't a slutty who goes to gay clubs and sleeps with lots of men. I prefer to get to know someone first, then have . Preferably have a relationship first so that I won't be sleeping with some random piece of "meat" with no value.
